These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through LoamLines Cycle Tyres & Supply.
1. About Us
LoamLines Cycle Tyres & Supply is an online retailer specialising in bicycle tyres, inner tubes, clothing and related cycling products.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications and prices displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images are for illustration purposes where stated. Product specifications may occasionally vary due to manufacturer updates.
We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
Your order will be confirmed by email. A contract for the sale of the goods is formed when we accept your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, a genuine pricing error has occurred, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and may vary depending on the delivery service and circumstances outside our control.
If an order is delayed or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate the matter and assist in resolving the issue in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects or limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
8. Returns and Cancellation
If you purchase as a consumer online, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, we will provide refunds in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning goods when exercising their statutory cancellation rights, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may be entitled to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any resulting reduction in value.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your rights where goods are faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fail to meet your statutory rights.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@loamlines.co.uk.
Where appropriate, please provide photographs and your order number so that we can investigate the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.
10. Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
We reserve the right to restrict access to our website where we reasonably believe that misuse has occurred.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the LoamLines website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LoamLines Cycle Tyres & Supply unless otherwise stated.
Such material must not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
No term of these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or restrict any statutory consumer rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The Terms & Conditions applying to an order will be those in force at the time the order is placed.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
